All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Mokhvia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property rights are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable project agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Mokhvia retains ownership of all work product until full payment has been received.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.

Mokhvia does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
